Community Living provides 24 hour support in homes for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. IRIS Community Living works alongside people and their families to support them to live a regular life. This is a new and very exciting role! It provides clinical supervision to a small team of support workers, ensuring the smooth day to day running of IRIS Community Living’s Mt Albert house and overseeing the quality of services to four young people. You will be clinically competent and will preferably have had a minimum of three years experience working in the health and disability sector in a community based environment. Most importantly you will be passionate about supporting people to achieve their aspirations and goals.
