| Customer Co-ordinator - Mt Roskill 12 Months fixed term Housing New Zealand Corporation is an organisation that is committed to making a difference to the lives of New Zealander's. As the Government?s principal provider of social housing, Housing New Zealand is one of New Zealand?s largest asset managers, responsible for managing over 69,000 properties valued at $15.5billion. As the Customer Co-ordinator you will provide a focussed, responsible and high quality customer service to ensure the effective management of the reception area and provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Unit. You will be accountable for: Ensuring that high quality service standards are fostered and maintained by responsively answering all incoming phone calls, passing enquires to the relevant person and taking comprehensive messages for team members; Providing an objective and appropriate initial assessment of customer eligibility that gathers the required information and accurately prioritises initial customer need; Providing a friendly, welcoming and helpful reception for all customers/visitors who come to the Neighbourhood; and Providing reliable and efficient administrative support to the R....More Details |
